This route links Chigwell Road at its boundary with the London Borough of Redbridge and proposed priority cycle Route 32 in Buckhurst Hill.
It follows Chigwell Road (A113) at the border with the London Borough of Redbridge close to the Three Jolly Wheelers public house, past West Hatch school and turns left into Luxborough Lane shortly after. It then follows Luxborough Lane, crossing over the M11 motorway, passing the recycling centre and crossing the River Roding before the entrance to Luxborough Lake. Turn right under the railway bridge after crossing the river and cross Loughton Rugby Club fields to Squirrels Lane and Walnut Way in Buckhurst Hill. It then crosses proposed Route 32 in Buckhurst Way to Roding Valley tube station and follows Station Way, Farm Way and Monkhams Lane.
