This route continues route from Chigwell Station to Route 32 in Loughton Way.
From Chigwell Station, turn left to follow the road behind Brook Parade (currently one way) and left again at the end into Chigwell Road (B170). Follow Chigwell Road until it crosses the M11 motorway and turn immediately right, following the road to the David Lloyd Leisure Centre. Keep left to follow the path around the outside of the car park, crossing the River Roding to the path around Roding Valley lake. Turn left into Greensted Road and right into Pentlow Way to join Route 32 in Loughton Way by a local shopping parade.
